28' trailer with many amenities

This isn't my listing, but I figure I'd cross-pollinate it over here because it seems like a sweet deal and maybe somebody here can use it. If interested, either sign up over there and respond, or PM me here for the seller's contact info.

I need to sell my trailer. I bought a new Motorhome that is 43 feet long and with this trailer, the whole rig is just over 75'. This means it's 10 feet over the limit here in CA, even with a commercial license. Shame, because I like it but it has to go and I've bought an 18' trailer.

No idea how I'm gonna get all my tools, cars and "stuff" in an 18' trailer

It is being advertised in several places but I figured I would throw it up here as well. Maybe somebody knows somebody who can use a great deal on a trailer.

It's built solid and has tons of custom upgrades. Replacement with these specs would be over $30K. Traile is for sale at $8K but I'm open to some negotiations and willing to remove the tool box and reduce the price accordingly.

Basic specs:
28 feet interior length, 32 feet total. 8.5 feet wide.
Dry weight is about 5,000lbs.
AC/Heater.
Full electrical wiring with fuse pannel and GFI protected outlets inside and out.
Halogen lights outside with fluorescent inside.
Large outside awning which has a faded cover but it's still fully usable and still looks presentable.
Lot's of cabinets and storage.
75 gallon water tank with 12v electric water pump and internal sink.
Wall mounted Pit Pals storage units for fluids and for wheels.
Two 7500lb torsion axles with electric brakes.
Brand new Goodyear tires plus new on spare.
Comes with Fire extinguisher, 10 ton jack to change wheels.
14 heavy duty tie down D rings on floor for cars, tools and cargo.
Two wall mounted folding tables.
Power tounge jack.
Sony Stereo with good speakers.
Electric winch mounted for engine lift but easy moved to haul in cars.
An accordian door to separate the font section for more effective cooling or heating.
daimond plate flooring.
Ramp door has extension and trailer has a beaver tail floor for easy loading of low clearance cars.

I'm sure I'm forgetiing something so feel free to ask any questions.
