We have recently gotten some bills paid off due to some awesome overtime.

(166 hour pay period: period = 14 days. :shock:)

My current options are starting to emerge.

1. This:

Anything over 8 a day = 1.5 time
Anything over 40 a week = 1.5 time
Anything over 49 a week = 2 time
Anywork on a holiday = 2.5 time
49 hour rule in effect on a holiday = 3 time

ff, yeah man, I am so close to just getting the bike, I want it so bad. The only reason I am making myself wait is because I want to make sure it is not just a case of a short-lived lust session.

:shock: :shock: Damn! I bet you got paid last Monday if your company considered it a holiday. I would go with the Mustang and bike. Make sure you take some time off to enjoy either one. At 88 hrs a week you dont get much sleep nevertheless fun!

Ugh, skip the V-rod.

I'd do option 2 - get the bike used. If you keep your eyes open and keep your eyes on the classifieds and on Craigslist, you'll find just about any bike available gently used, and a lot of big cruisers - the "Honey, I got a..." "You're not keeping that!" syndrome. Mebbe consider Suzuki Interceptors and Marauders, too. If you see one up here, I'll be willing to take a looksee.

I think a shadow sabre is my favorite choice, I will check craig's list too.

I agree! There will definitely be one of those in my garage in the near future! The VRod just fits me really well and now that I have a year of riding the Buell under my belt I'm ready to trade up! :P
