Christmas wish list: ideas for tools
Let's get some ideas going for tools that we might add to our Christmas wish lists.
There's the obvious stuff, like basic tools, etc. But I'm thinking more along the lines of things you wouldn't buy for yourself right now, but might be cool to have some day. I'd rather get this kind of stuff than an ugly sweater that I never wear. I'm mostly interested in ~$100 and less price range. So far I have: - Socket accessory kit (extenders, swivels joints, adaptors, etc) - SK Screwdriver set Are these decent??? - 3-jaw gear puller. Will be handy if I ever replace any bushings. But that's a lame list so far, and I'm coming up empty. Last edited by rumatt; 11-26-2006 at 04:12 PM. |

Ooops.
Yeah, that would rule out the tap and die, impact driver and maybe the dremel. Alex

SK are nice. I like that you can put a wrench on the shank. You've wanted a gear puller for a while...go for it Have you signed up for the Craftsman Club? Do that before buying anything. |
