Service Interval Reset Procedure

As requested, here it is:

With the key in the OFF position, press and HOLD the trip odometer button.
Turn the key to the Accessory position, and hold it for five seconds, until any of the following appear: "Oil Service" or "Inspection," with "Reset" or "Re."
Press the trip odometer button and hold for another five seconds until "Reset" or "Re" flash.
While the display flashes, press the button again, briefly, to reset the SI.
After a new interval is displayed, "End SIA" will appear for about two seconds.

One must wait until 2.5 gallons of fuel have been used before the interval may be reset again.

MINI service indicator reset procedure

Here are the instructions for the MINI (borrowed from MINI2.com), they're pretty similar:

1) push-hold trip button
2) turn key to possion 1(first click)
3) still holding the trip button (T-B) the number 15A will show on the left of the milage.
4) release the T-B for three seconds and then hold the T-B again
5) in about another 5-8 seconds RST will show in left corner
6) release and hold again..."15000" will show, press and release.
8) your car is reset to the 15000 sevice (this means your first oil sevices has been completed at 10,000 miles)your oil counter will now count down from 15000
