Someone let me know if you find extra-deep (think 4-6") wheel lug sockets in 3/8" drive. I basically only use half inch for high torque applications. You can translate that as "Nick hates carrying an extra tool / socket set for one low torque application."

The only downside of using 3/8" impacts that I have found is that the sockets are just shorter enough that many wheels are difficult to get into with them, forcing the use of an extension or a 1/2" drive socket on an adapter.
