Is it MOST? That's the particular bitch with the 987s--they went to the fiber optic ring system for peripherals.

Nope. But there may be aftermarket adapters to use either a Kenwood changer or an "old Alpine" changer, and the Phatbox can emulate both of those. There's also the VW / Audi Phatbox flavors if you can convert to one of those.

The Dension is about the only thing I can find that provides inputs and translates them into something the MOST ring can understand. There may be others, but a quick scan of the boards hasn't turned them up.

I may ultimately go that route, but it won't be for a while yet. I'm still feeling poor from buying the car.

Yeah, I seriously love this frickin' car.
Especially on a day like today, when it's just sort of almost warm enough to put the top down--even though there are still four foot piles of snow everywhere.

I am having a remarkably hard time getting this post and the associated photo to work, BTW.
