Ok, the company has been completely unable to provide me with a simple fucking price sheet literally all day.

I finally got one after COB on the East Coast, and it's still not right.

So, no car this weekend. Maybe next week?

sorry to hear about the accident, glad you are ok(so far).

Guess Tesla is trying to close record sales, have gotten 3 calls and multiple emails after test driving the 3. Basically harassing me but I been not picking up their call.

Yeah they are definitely trying to close the quarter strong. They're moving heaven and earth to try and get my car delivered tomorrow.

It sounds like they had some sort of company-wide snafu today involving their contract system.

What are the odds I can claim they promised me the $2k NY state rebate (which they did) and therefore claim they need to eat the $1500 loss in order to record my sale?

I'm thinking zero.

Damn.....

Sounds like it could have been a lot worse...
Car is 'fixable' - either replaced or repaired..... that is not an issue.
Glad you are ok.

Like everyone said the good thing is you’re not injured, very sorry to hear this happened.

How fast do you think the civic was going ? My daughters 2017 A4 got hit in the same exact spot, a pick up truck was going I believe at least 30 mph without hitting the brakes and the car took the impact with literally no damage to the passengers compartment.

That car was totaled, yours looks a lot worse so I think it is going to be a total loss plus I would think getting the parts to fix it would be tough.

Rumatt—I’d ask, honestly. The cost to them of the rate match is going to be about that, and they said they’ll stroke me a check for it.
