My dad had a similar car, it was a 53 Rolls, we had it since I was a kid and sold it when I was around 40 ... that car was a part of the family, it attended all of our Weddings, parties, etc.

So it was a part from western China built under forced labor conditions —which makes a lot more sense than a Belarus part.
