And the X1 has gotten bigger too. What's next on the lower/smaller end, an X0?

G05 X5 LCI leaked
Was curious and looked it up. The 4 gc is almost the exact same length and wheelbase as an e39! I actually think that’s the perfect size for a daily driver in the US…gives you a decent backseat and cargo room. The 2023 2 series coupe is about 8 inches shorter. A few inches longer than an e46 but not too bad. Of course weight and visibility won’t be as good as in those older bmws due to crash safety, etc but i woukd t really want to trade that off in a daily driver Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

That’s not a problem for me, because my tall kid rides in the front passenger seat, where he has plenty of room. His friends suffer a bit occasionally—but just for short rides. And the hatch is super handy—especially with dogs. |

The LCI configurator is up. This works for me… https://www.bmwusa.com/build-your-ow...tyr2pb/summary I really wanted a facelift Cayenne, but my build would be another $40-45k and it is just not worth it in comparison to an X5.

This times 1,000,000. I just drove our x5 250 miles and got out thinking how awesome it is at that duty. I really love that thing for a big highway cruiser that can handle 4ppl, a dog and a bunch of cargo.

That said, I feel way more comfortable in my G26 than I did the F23 2 series on the highway. Size and height are really nice on the highway, which gives the X5 the edge in my experience. |
