That wagon is in ATL…Tempting. There is an open recall, though, and BMW does not have a fix yet for the issue, which affects a bunch of cars…

My x3 and e91 are waiting on a fix for that.

I really need to unload my ‘06 E90 330i manual sport w/ über low miles BUT…

My kid has a ZHP at college. The car has basically been bullet proof. An occasional window regulator and normal fluid changes

Well, we made the decision that we wanted all the latest safety systems for our kid. He's going to get access to a hand-me-down CX-5 from his other parent's fleet. And they will upgrade one of the adults' cars. The CX-5 is only a couple of years old, has the base engine (so not the flawed engine--that we know of), but has blindspot monitoring and all the collision avoidance stuff, etc.
