Yeah, and my F23 had almost no amenities. So, there you are. I guess it's nice to have HUD after all these years (and a front camera?) LOL.

But, really, I am spoiled and would not want to lose the options I currently have in the 4--not to mention four doors and a hatch.

Any chance BMW will change its mind and bring us the M3 Touring?

BAM! I found a photo of a G87 sunroof car as well as the standard headlights (AW car) not the shadow line headlights (ZB car).

That light pic does not even have the led DRL.

Also if I don’t want hub what else am I missing in not getting the Live Cockpit Pro?

I think I would only want three extras

- lighting pkg
- shadowline pkg
- CF int trim
Oh and maybe
- CP pro depending on what you loose besides HUD

Pretty bare bones.

Allegedly you lose a lot of functionality in ID8 without the live version. I think another factor is for resale, you’ve got to have the heads up display. Everybody wants it! I must admit I didn’t really want it in my F15 X5, but the only way you could get the upgraded instrument cluster was to get the heads up display. I like HUD now. It is more useful than I thought it would be.

I am all in for less options, but in the long run it tends to hurt when it comes time to sell, speaking from experience. Bells and whistle‘s sale whereas bare bone, strippers are difficult to get rid of as generally the individuals that want those are somebody that wants to track the car regularly. There’s a lot less of those individuals then individuals that will daily drive it.
