The AKG shifter changes the way the shifter mounts to the car and it necessitates a long lever to keep the shift throw the same.

In addition to looking really stupid, it also completely ruins the accuracy of the shifter, so, lose/lose. Easy to fix, though.

I wonder how much this goes for. I kind of like it.

As much as I like the concept and would enjoy as a daily driver, that particular example has already far exceeded what I'd be willing to pay for it. Car looks like it's been used hard and put away wet multiple times.

It's a really cool car. Apparently it was on sale when I was buying my S4. I'd have considered it if I knew it existed, but I don't think I did.
