No question. If my out-of-warranty costs work to that much, I'd be pretty happy.

Not to curse you but surprised you haven't got a ticket yet especially since you are in Marin. I got a ticket once for displaying on in my previous car.

Just crossed the 3 year mark a few weeks back. Ended up extending my lease a couple more months so we can close on the new house first.

I still really like the way this car looks in white. Even gave consideration to keeping it had the residual made sense, but they still want $50k for it which is WAY too much, and BMW tightened the rules last year so dealers can’t negotiate a discount with original leasee anymore. Real value today starts with a “3” unfortunately.

Wow. That's an argument that supports the lease equation...

We like the new X5, but lease deals and discounts on another 5 are much better at this point. We’ll see if that changes in the next 30-60 days. Maybe an M550 if there is still some inventory of 2019s w/ strong programs.

Yea, tell me about it. Pretty much a no brainer to lease vs buy with these terms. Residual was 66% - they were doing crazy high residuals instead of trunk money to sell the last batch of F10’s in summer 2016. Real value at 36 months ended up being

Do you have another hauler-type vehicle in the family? Definitely handy with a house...

can you turn it in, leave it at the dealer for a few days then buy it before they take it to auction, or does BMWUSA follow the trail of the car after turn in to next owner?

Maybe Zach’s partner can buy it...
