The latest iDrive version is 7 and its excellent. We really love the tech in our 2020 X5.

Here is my 228 service loaner. Also a 428 (I think?) in the dealer, which is...godawful. It's legitimately worse in person.

And here are some M4s on the forecourt. The one on the left is Imola II; the one on the right is a bluish purple (blurple?). I think these are the special edition cars in the M colors. The blurple one is pretty sharp. They have stripes in the CF roof I could do without, though.

Here is a bonus 7 series pic with giant teeth that will eat you.
