My mother just texted me that I had some mail at their house that looked official. Told her to open it and it was my notice for this class action. I couldn’t tell what car it’s for from the pic she sent me but I haven’t used that address in years so it might be my first E9x. Oh well, I haven’t paid for an out of warranty BMW repairs in a long, long time so nothing to claim.

Yes, the class coverage is quite broad; I don't have it in front of me but it's a lot of mid-2000s BMWs. Presumably they were using the same water pump/thermostat across all of the six cylinder cars, anyway.

Jst, could you post the letter? I've done 3 waterpumos on my n55 engine cars and at least on on the e61.
