If you don't know David Simon, he...is pretty fucking incredible. Reporter, author, showrunner ("The Wire" among them). He unleashes the most well written, creative, and savage insult tweets (on those that usually deserve them) that are nearly all incredible works of art and beauty.

The Musk tweet wasn't even his best today. I'm quite partial to this one and hope to commit it to memory to use when appropriate:

Seriously, I think some people troll him just to get a response.

Impressive since he keeps jacking up the prices. I guess Tesla are status symbols nowadays so he can.

My brother in law came by my house last week in the Tesla suv thing (sorry don’t know which model) and his front license plate was kinda falling off and crooked, It seems it was held on with 2 sided tape

I had some tape and being so ocd I had to fix it so it was straight.

It is. They use 3M automotive tape - the same stuff that holds badges on most cars. As long as you put the plate holder on when the front bumper is clean, it holds very well…

I think i've seen some other cars that use 3m tape to hold license plates on as well. I remember when I did european delivery of my 335i, the german plates were held on my tape.
