If it’s a bona fide DCT then that’s a different ball game.

Speaking of yellows elsewhere, I quite like the Mini’s Zesty Yellow.

We are driving the DCT Mini tomorrow. My wife is still a bit torn on the transmission front. But if she decides on DCT, the Boston dealer has 3 of them. And these are convertibles. In Boston in December. Should we take a chance and say we'll buy it in 5 weeks when funds free up to pay in cash? I hate the idea of financing for 5 weeks. I also don't want to liquidate assets ahead of maturity. Hard to imagine losing all three at this time of year.
Thoughts? Take a chance and wait? |

Often you may be able to get a better deal on the car if you accept the house financing; in a case like this, that usually means making 3 or 4 payments so that the dealer can collect their kickback.
Once you’ve made those, pay off the note. Even if the interest rate is 6 percent or so it will probably cost you a total of $50-100. |

This is a tough one, if you wait it out the car(s) might be gone …. I don’t know the penalty involved in liquidating so that is a factor you’d have to be ok with if paying cash today.
I haven’t financed in forever but if I recall as long as there is no prepayment penalty it might not be a factor to doing it now and taking the short term loan |

Random question, the greater Boston BMW/MINI Centers are opened on Sundays?
