Sea Foam
(Boy, the DIY topics just keep coming...)
Has anyone used Sea Foam or something similar, like the shop-only BG stuff? Did it actually make a difference? |

Guys over at Jeepforum use it and swear by it. I haven't tried it myself yet, though.

Seafoam seems to be the topic du jour on the e36 m3 bimmerforums board as well.

I used to use it as a periodic carb cleaner. I used it as a top-end cleaner when I had the SHO and that thing had zero carbon buildup when I pulled the heads later. Dunno if it was related or not. The motorcycle community swears by it as a carb cleaner. |
