I keep a small wire bound notebook in the Yukon to record all the fill-ups and mileage.

I keep a master file on excel with that info and the maintenance history as well.

Not a big deal.... I just update it every few months...

I figure - why not. Isn't a big deal to maintain.

Pretty much why I stopped.

Never really used the data and once my girl friend-then fiance-now wife started driving my cars there got to be a lot of gaps in the data. She'd try to write stuff down but would forget sometimes and it just got to a point of why bother.

Now that I haven't been maintaining my driving logs for several years I can report it is rather nice and I'm not missing anything.
