Same torque, only 30hp more but with an extra 200lbs to haul around - and ugly.

Is that huge ugly grill heavy? diverging from their 50/50 weight balance

Yeah the torque on the "core" model is the same as the non-competition F80. HP is up about 50 over the non-comp F80, and interestingly it hits lower in the rev range (6500 v. 7200). But I have never really thought "my car needs 50 more hp." I certainly have never thought "this car needs 200 lbs more."

In light of this I'm pretty happy with the F80, tbh.

Agreed. Also, the AWD would be nice in some respects, but not for what will amount to a ~500lb weight penalty over the F80!

Is this the exhaust on the competition version?
