#3. Go back in and tell them you received the survey and are eager to give them all 10s. But you cannot do so until they complete all your work as agreed upon.

I actually didn't receive a survey yet. I'm wondering if it's because the ticket is still open... or if they just missed me.

So service can suck and create a shit ton of annoyance for me.. as long as they eventually attempt to fix things 3 months later, they get perfect scores?

If they can go back in time and not fuck everything up I'll give them perfect scores.
