My Viair had survived a lot of abuse over the years and yes, it's really fast.

Compared to the Sears or no-name cigarette lighter plug in compressors we all used to use 10-15 years ago, these are super quick. Maybe others are faster, I don't know, but it's fast enough I don't really care.

It's also pretty small, although not tiny, and the other thing I really dig is how quiet it is. Don't feel need for earplugs when using it in garage and can have an easy conversation when using it in paddock/grid. When you have two running nearby, there are fun harmonics to be heard/felt, too.

And it's cheap.
