But for $ 35k - I'd much much much rather have just a 'regular' nice E9 of that value. Then again - I'm odd. I still like carbs.

This one caught my eye this morning.... in a good way....
I like the lines the car has... the long hood and short deck are nice. Too bad not much info is available...

I thought about this when it was on BaT before.... NOW it shows up again.
Jeezzee.... Will have to think about this. Seriously... kinda... sorta... Depends on how the $$ look to be. This car is totally up my alley..... And my E38 is coming to a point where I will need to throw some serious $$ at it. It has a coolant leak now (somewhere in the valley of the engine) and a bunch of 'stuff' is due to be done to it (trans, brakes, diff, cooling system refresh - and so on). It might be nice to have a different set of wheels to drive. I've been driving E38's for 15 years. My parents had an E32 before that. Might as well round out the experience. LOL

Picking nits maybe, but with such "attention to detail" the owner couldn't be bothered for a cheap A/C recharge? If I were buying I'd go ahead and assume there's a leak somewhere that will need to be traced down.

This seems right up JST's alley (although I don't know if it will actually fit in his alley).

At first I thought you were joking, but apparently there is really such a thing.
