3 years of contemplation and you end up with a 4runner?!

Just kidding... Enjoy.

Do those have a third row now?

Yes as a option on certain trims

Thought maybe judgement on the 4-runner was bad after thinking my Nissan sentra rental car wasn't that bad but this reviewer matches me

And yet, the 4Runner is also substantially more interesting and characterful to drive than virtually every similarly sized crossover without being hopelessly truckish.

Been questioning the 4runner purchase recently, more about the price then the vehicle(minus the JGC dicussion but that is was no go for wife).

Just got back from a road trip in Southern Utah. Was a great road trip car and did very wheel with some off-roading that I was able to do. Third row came in handy too to shuttle around my wife's family to various areas. My boys got to drive it for a bit on dirt roads Already has 10k miles on it

Was going to create a new thread but might as well bump this since same topic

My wife suggested we sell the turbo and get a GTI. She also suggested jetta wagon and subaru crosstek in which I ignored

She like tartan stick 4 door which works with me

like this white one but basically the price of new
https://www.cookvw.com/vehicle-detai...ca-id-25159805

better price but almost 4 years old

I currently work from home so the plan would be the 4-runner would stay at home with me and she would usually drive the GTI to her work(60 miles round trip commute). This fall I am going to have to carpool my son and his friends once a week to his middle school.

any other car suggestions are welcome. Something sporty with decent mileage, basically anything opposite of the 4-runner.
