It's not too late to delete the moonroof and switch it to Yas.

I don't think it's stupid. You've been thinking about one of these for a while.

ED isn't a discount for M cars, right? Or they still come out of allocation so you don't have the bargaining power for a non-m? I forget how it works. But either way, ED is still a special treat. It's just fun somehow, and it adds to the purchase experience.

In terms of used, there's also something to owning a new car. If you can predict when you will keep the car for a long time, and you get a good deal on the initial purchase, it's still worth it IMO.
