Cayman wheels
I want a second set of wheels, and want to try out 18's to compare. I'm digging the black wheels so can't imagine switching to silver now.
I always kinda liked the basic Cayman S style - like these. http://www.ebay.com/itm/18-PORSCHE-O...5YVKK~&vxp=mtr The O. Z. Alleggerita is lighter but I'm not convinced would look as good as a Porsche wheel. But I guess these silver ones aren't so bad. Last edited by rumatt; 04-16-2017 at 06:13 PM. |

OZ has some good looking wheels. I'm not sure that's one of them. Though, I'm not a fan of that oe wheel either.
I'd probably do something like these from Forgestar: Last edited by bren; 04-16-2017 at 06:45 PM. |

I like it better too, but it's in 19 only.
Very few come in 18 for the 987. |

What do you want them for? Track/auto-x?

Personally I wouldn't bother with an extra set unless i was planning on driving it in the winter, like, ever, when it's under 40° out. Then I'd get another set of wheels and put winters on 'em. 18s won't give you any brake clearance issues? I use 18s for my winter wheels, glad I have them. A little more sidewall for seasonal potholes.
