Yep, some of this too.

When I decide to move mine which is currently likely to happen, I will lose nearly $10k in taxes unless I trade it then I pickup a tax credit. Obviously my best option would be to stay with Porsche too.

Long term follow up comment: I love the 992 GT3, but I think I want the Touring version.

The 992 GT3 standard is amazing. But the rear wing kills rear visibility (which is an actual problem because I drive my car in traffic in LA). People have said remove the rear wing. It’s somehow less satisfying as an answer.

Can you swap the engine cover like they did in the old days?

SunCoast was working on a GT3 Touring retrofit. No clue what became of it. Might be worth investigating.

Yes. Guys can have tons of fun with those.

I spent >4 hours in the LWB seats this week commuting and they’re super comfortable. Not intuitive at all — I worry a little about the 18 way seats since online they get panned often. For reference, I thought the standard 4 way seats in the 2018 Carrera T to be spectacular.

How are the 4 way seats in the Boxster GTS? Same?

FWIW, I love my 18-way seats.

The base seats are great. No complaints. It would be nice to have power seats but my wife still refuses to drive it so I never have to actually move the seat.

I only go with the 14 way seats, with wide shoulders the 18 ways are too trim and push my shoulders forward.
