It is a nice spec for a base car. I'd guess mid to high 90s, but we'll see. It is wild to me that someone would spend $120k on a car and put less than 2000 miles on it in 3 years. Literally $10/mile in depreciation alone.

I like that 991.2 as well, miles could be higher but nice color and spec.

It looks like the high bidder on it is maxed out (per his comment). $5k auction fee is pretty painful.

I think my price range for a 911 is $80k, and that's for a nice one, whether 997 turbo, 991.1S or 991.2 base. Lower for a 997.2 carrera... If this range is far below the market, so be it. I'm willing to take my chances that markets and bubbles will come back to earth. If they don't and the price rockets away forever, that's fine too... I've had a 996 and a 997.2, each for about half a year in my flipping days.
Now if my boxster went 'poof', that would be a different matter; I'd might get back in the market and accept the prices as they are. |

So I’ve been thinking about 997 turbos. I don’t think I want one, exactly, but you’re far likelier to get a decent one around 80k than many of the other special 911s, and I think as between a 997.2 911S and a 997.1 turbo, the turbo is the one to get.
There’s a fair amount of self-reflection I’d have to do to buy one, but...idk. Maybe. |

Miine was just above that last February. A year later it's probably worth $5-$10k more. It is a crazy time for car values.

Not stock. Not really my taste either.
The car looks pretty nice but there are some oddities about it. I always wonder why people put the absolute cheapest garbage tires on performance cars. I guess when it's just sitting not being driven, they just need to hold air. The sunroof is a bummer, I don't really fit in these cars with a sunroof. |
