True, but lemming is rather loyal to Porsche now and there is certainly nothing wrong with that. Their products are certainly more to what many of us formerly liked about BMW 15-20 years ago than BMW is today.

It “sounds like” versus the actual action in ordering a new one are two totally different things though. I don’t think anyone here is going to order one without driving one first. Just my take, but I will be more than willing to eat crow if proven differently.
Ha- i was thinking the same thing. I think when push comes to shove, many enthusiasts (including most of us here) are either going to spend more to get a Porsche product or spend less on something like a Miata. The Z4 is in a gray middle zone.

There are some people on the g29 board that already have orders in and vins assigned. I've read first deliveries as early as April.

Yeah, it has been up for a week or so.


Edit: By the way, $73k is a hard pill to swallow when my former G87 M2 spec was $70k for an actual M car. Oh well, doesn’t matter. It was just an observation that I made.
