At first I was thinking, what the hell.... I spent a SHITTON of money for a Swarthmore sticker, then I realized the beige sedan interior! I'm guessing that's on your's? If so, I totally get and concur with the
Also, I never thought of maxing out payout without a Salvage title. That is a really good idea. I was thinking my son and I could do some co-wrenching after picking up some bumpers, etc from a salvage yard at worst case. I expect we'll be keeping it regardless.

Yes. Pre-equipped. My wife and daughter were talking this morning about how to remove it without damaging the defroster wires.

Ugh. Hate stickers. I have never put one on any of my cars.

Are you sure it’s a sticker and not cling-film?

Had a very subtle one (alma matter) on my very first car. That was it except for a small BMWCCA one the ZHP.
I'm trying to custom-design a Stelvio-related sticker for the F80. In any event, glass-only for me. |

My wife's 325 always had a clunk when its autotragic would downshift to 1st, if it wasn't in sport shift mode.

FWIW, I've finally been able to look under all of it without the undertray. It's impressively dry and clean. There's some play in the front left control arm from the bushing (and is almost certainly the jerk in wheel under braking), but the right side is pretty solid. Needs new shocks/struts (just old and tired). Will need brakes soonish. A few more bushings and will probably do whatever I can just so they're all done.. A/C recharge only hopefully and no need for a compressor and/or evap core? And figure out how much of the cooling system to do proactively. I think the expansion tank is relatively new (2k miles, 3 years). Battery would not hold a charge, so I had to put one in. On the first drive cycle after that, it threw a Service Engine Soon light for a Bank 2 lean condition, but thought it was a bit suspect given the first drive cycle with a new battery. Cleared it and it hasn't come back through several dozen cycles and about 50 miles of driving. Also passed MD inspection on its own merits, not because I know the guy.
