But... I can't do $60k. Not even close. Especially not when we are looking at putting out huge amounts of cash to buy and build a place.

It's nutty to me that a lightweight with that many miles is still worth $60k. I thought the prices on them were bonkers ten years ago but holy crap. GLWS.

Not really hard miles. Most of them were the original owner commuting.

I have not put 2K miles on it.

And $60K is an asking price, as I know that anyone on this forum would try to knock it down.

Lightweight should have there x-brace (1).

you should be on that e36 m3 thread, poster claiming the standard m3 bar should be reinstalled behind it like is shown in the above pic. I was wondering if the LTW was that way since it has the x cross brace installed.
