I helped my neighbor put his boat in for the season this weekend. First real towing I have done with my 1/2 ton.

No bent frame although i was a little worried about the boat ramp, as I am 2 wheel drive. We even joked on the ride over that my truck can't help him out of the water. I got off the ramp fine pulling just the trailer, but he does have a 23 foot cabin cruiser. . . .I really doubt I could pull it and the trailer out of the water in 2wd

Saw the new one (I guess?) popping up all over the place yesterday. Thought it was the original one.

I thought it was the same one at first too. Then I was like, shit that's gray not black.

Here's the trailer. People are debating whether that trailer axle is also broken.

The second time around makes me wonder. Were they both really bombing around or is there an underlying issue? Perhaps a slow stuck situation on the trailer causes the bend?

I don’t know anything about trailers, but that second one doesn’t look very beefy at all.
