Looks like a really bad choice in film, applied badly.
We recently re-did the clear bra on my wife's Mazdaspeed at 140,000 miles. Last winter a truck kicked up a 2x6 and it put a hole in the bumper so we replaced it and re-did the clearbra on the hood to match the new film. The paint underneath was perfect. The new films are really fantastic. You can polish and wax them, and they're self-healing for small scratches. We would have had to repaint the bumper, hood and both front fenders twice in the car's lifetime to have it look as good as it did due to the film. |
