Electric Red or Brilliant Red? Anyway, orangier than Imola, which had blueish undertones.

You mean auto-upshift? I don't understand why people complain about that. Auto-upshift was banned in many race series because it's faster. If you're going to lose the fun of driving stick, why not have auto-upshift?

Apparently a 7-speed DCT is coming on the 2021 Audi Allroad...

yes and if losing the fun of a stick I at least want it to stay in what gear I selected. But that brings back to your original comment, might as well get the 8 ZF then

I didn’t like the last gen Q5 but really like our current one(2020 model), I think the engine is really good and while you say it isn’t fun you are a real purist, I must be soft because I like it and really enjoy the drive.

It’s my middle child’s car and now my baby who is 16 seems to prefer driving her sisters car over the others so i’m thinking when she turns 17 and gets her full license maybe we will have another one of these Q5’s.

Seriously, who drives around the street right around red line?

In my defense it is reference to my old track days. Edit: more of the point, why offer manual when you autoshift. I want ultimate control and if I want to bump of the rev limiter then let me.

We may be driving cross country in January. I intend to rent a Q5 to do that in.

I will stand by my comment that it's not a fun car, but it's a good package.
