1998 BMW z3

Just putting this hear for posterity.

Hi,

I'm considering selling our 1998 Z3. It's been owned by my family since new. Looking for $12,000

Details:
50,277 miles (will go up slightly as we still enjoy it on nice days)
Jet Black over Beige Leather w/ Black Top
2.8i (M52TU) inline 6
5sp manual transmission
factory 25% lockup LSD
Premium Package
Heated Seats
HK Sound
(see window sticker in picture library for details)
All 3 original keys

Additions:
Leather Z center console & arm rest (OEM cassette holder will come with it if you want to remove)
Bluetooth phone and audio streaming connection trhough OEM radio i/o CD Changer
OEM LCI trunk latch / finger lift
ECS clutch pedal w/ delrin bushings to eliminate flexy/squeaky OEM one

Everything works as new. No subframe issues, no shock mount issues, no top hydraulic issues.

Identified wear areas (See pics):
Drivers side bolster
Top rear window surround trim has been re-attached
Passenger seat belt guide has been glued back together
scuff on dash above center console.

Everything else is perfect as far as I am aware.

This photo album has 100+ pics, a cold start vid, a top going down vid and a vid of the car going over a speed bump (to note no rattles) and then accelerating in 1st gear.

Any questions, please PM me. I'm happy to discuss details, questions, etc.

Thanks for looking

Yes. Very thorough. The car looks great and seems very well cared for.

Thanks, for the feedback on the listing. We're pretty ambivolent to whether it sells or not. If we get something near our asking price, great... if not, its cheap and a fun little car when not asked to be a daily driver (which my wife had to do all summer because our daughters were using the e46 and x5).

I was impressed with the pictures, considering they were all shot with a galaxy S7 phone. I had planned to get one of my good cameras out, but after seeing the results from my phone i didn't bother.

Maybe it is just my connection, but it looks like the S7 let you down on the "top down" video.

GLWS!

In the early 80's I owned a black chevy van. Afterward I swore I would never own a black vehicle again. (in the 80's, there wasn't much choice in car care products, and owning black was a bitch) Then in 2015 I bought a black Audi S4

Damn you for temping me again to the dark side

It's the photographer, not the camera.

GLWTS! If I was in the market for something like this, I'd definitely give you a shout
