I realize the fall isn't the best time to sell a convertible, and we're good holding it until spring, or longer, if it made sense.

Major want here. All the CLASSIC looks with modern muscle dependability.
I could do without the rear wing but otherwise wow!! https://bringatrailer.com/listing/19...-barracuda-18/

I don’t think it started life as a Hemi Cuda. Who knows what the original engine was. This car now has a modern “Hemi” with a 5 spd manual. A resto mod probably worth a lot but not genuine real deal Hemi Cuda convertible money.

I don't know why, but I cannot get myself to like old American cars. Among the few exceptions are the 1st-gen Mustang and the late 1st gen (~1960) Corvette with the double headlamps.

I still think sometimes about getting a 68-69 Camaro convertible with a V8 and a manual JUST for cruising but that’s about as far as it goes. I would never spend the money that most of these are asking knowing I had three of them in HS and I remember the crappy driving dynamics. - 70 Charger 383 - 71 GTO 400 - 69 Roadrunner 383

The steering on the Mustang (post restoration) is miserable. Brakes are ok. Suspension - fair.... Back when I drove that car daily... I must just not have known better. LOL
