Thanks. They told me 4-6 weeks, but could potentially be quicker. This was a car already scheduled for production that they hit pause on.

I have a VIN and production has commenced. Probably about two weeks of assembly, etc.

That means I need to figure out winter tires. For the last two X5s, I've been mounting snows on the stock 19" wheels (i.e., no dedicated set of winter wheels). Not going to do that with the staggered 22s on the new car.

The X5 comes standard with 20s on the M50, not sure if the brakes are the same size and if so could you go down a couple of sizes?

I would hate to try to lift one of those 22-inch wheels, much less four of them.

I'm leaning towards going with a set of the 21" non-staggered X7 wheels. There's a refurbished set on eBay

No kidding, but I'm not sure there's much of a choice.
