Otoh, I don’t mind commuting in it. I don’t see any reason not to; it’s no worse to commute in than the M3 and it’s more fun on those days I can put the top down.
All of you people here in this community convinced me that YOLO.

So of course I agree with you. It makes for a good commute.

I am all for YOLO-ing. Porsche won't let me.

As for commuting, my commute is too long nearly all of it on the highway. I would rather occasionally take the scenic route.

Yeah. Me too.

It sounds cheesy but it helps to/from work. Some people take the edge off with medicinal products. Some with nice booze. For me it’s driving home in something fun on any given day.

It’s the ultimate indulgence and I’m going to enjoy it until knee replacement or something like that takes it away.

Looking at those ad's on the PCA website... I am so happy I have my 997.1 already. I just turned 145k on it. Have about 150 miles on a new clutch. Now on its third (60k and then 85k with me driving). Not cheap to do - but very much worth it.

Wonder how long I will keep it.... Dunno.....

Looks like a really nice car. PPF from the a very highly skilled shop.

Miles look good which means it’s a driver. And CPO still.

has lived its entire life in a warm climate not exposed to the harshness of east coast winters.
Bit of an issue with this statement, considering what happened in Texas in Feb of 2021.
