That’s bullshit.

Unless you leave something exposed these guys should move on

In Georgia, they break into cars looking for guns in glove compartments. It’s one of the key reasons I prioritized a garage over a carport, which most of the houses in my price range have.

In South Carolina, my neighbors don't even bother to lock their car doors . . . .then wonder why their guns are removed from the glove box (I gotta get out of here)

Ugh, Nick that blows. Didn't realize this had happened when I sent you the picture of the M3 yesterday.

People really are jerks.

Took an inventory yesterday...

Probably will come to about $1,500 in parts. Not as bad as I had feared.

No, not too bad at all. What sucks is you will find little shards laying around for evvvvvver. I had the rear window implode on my '91 318is when opening the door on a hot summer day. I constantly found little fragments of glass up until the time I finally solid it.

In my past two neighborhoods various individuals will leave their autos unlocked by mistake and say their car was broken into. I inquire as to if their car unlocked and the reply is always “yes it was.” To that I promptly reply well then your car technically was not broken into.

Yep, we had the rear window in our ‘87 325is implode not once, but twice and while in motion. Allegedly it had something to do with a defect in the rear defroster.
