1994 Euro E36 M3 in Dakar yellow

Price seems fairly reasonable. JV, your next car?

Looks like a nice original car that could use a few grand in work to get it up to snuff. Original Sachs dampers bushings and cooling system at 80,000+ miles are probably all trash.

I like it, though.

Too much other stuff going on right now, haven't really been interested in spending money.

I mean I guess that's a "jump on it" price vis-a-vis BaT and current crazes and imported Euro exclusivity... But for a practical man who wants to spend his speeding dollars wisely, I'm not so sure. This would be for a collector/Sunday driver.

The thing with non-US cars is that they usually have relatively few options compared to US cars (the result of US cars having 'packages' where you have to take a bunch of other stuff in order to get the option you want). This one left the factory with:
Code:
Options

243 Airbag For Front Passenger Airbag Fuer Beifahrer
401 Sliding/vent Roof, Electric Schiebe-hebedach, Elektrisch
423 Floor Mats, Velour Fussmatten In Velours
428 Warning Triangle Warndreieck
530 Air Conditioning Klimaanlage
686 Diversity-function Aerial Antennendiversity
687 Radio Preparation Radiovorbereitung
710 M Leather Steering Wheel M Lederlenkrad
807 Japan Version Japan-ausfuehrung
818 Main Battery Switch Batteriehauptschalter
925 Shipping Protection Package Versandschutzpaket
Of which the last 2 are transport items that come off the car before delivery.
