Wow! So, is this the 1st Mondial to grace a BaT auction? This particular car has been for sale for at least a year and has been priced in the 40s. Given the amount of work that’s been done to the car, it has to be the most improved Mondial T in North America. The seller has been a member of Fchat for 10 years. Unfortunately, I think the mileage has hurt the cars value which is ridiculous considering that a 3.2 Carrera with 90K miles on it would be considered to have low-mileage.

Good luck with the sale. Beautiful car!
I am not a Mondial fan and there are plenty of "special" cars I'd prefer to have in that price range, but if you need to scratch an Fcar itch, this may be a good one to do it with. Until it's scratched and you want to sell it.

The Mondial doesn't move my needle. Buying a ferrari is such an irrational thing all about desire over logic. Mondials are the rationale choice of the fcar options. I think that (and the blah looks and the back seats) take all the passion and desire from it

I've always liked the quirkiness of the Mondial. But I can't imagine what the maintenance cost would be.

That's it for me as well. If I'm going to do something crazy like buying an '80s (or '90s for that matter) Ferrari it had better be something that is worth the headache. A 308 doesn't do it, and a Mondial certainly doesn't either.

The only problem I see w/ the 308 is none of us would be Thomas Magnum. We'd all be Jonathan Higgins

What happens when nobody can afford a Porsche from any generation? Do prices come down, or does everyone move on to something else? What else is there?

When does my unloved 80's corvette get a 6-figure price? :/

$25K is more inline with what I thought.
