I was basically told last week there was no way in hell that they could get me one and I would have to wait for the .2. So I seriously thought he was joking when I received the text at nearly 6 o’clock. He did warn me that if they got one via a PCNA lottery that I would have to give him the specs immediately. I am now prepared to hand them over in the morning.

Manual C2S ordered. The commission number and printout are in hand. If all goes as planned per PAG it should be here around late August. I had my choice of two allocations and selected the later build scheduled to occur in July.

Edit: I am not divulging the build this time around, you guys will just have to wait until I have taken delivery.

That’s super cool. Well done.

I wonder if they opened up these bonus allocations because the 992.2s are delayed and they dont want the factory floor to sit idle when they know they can keep printing money?

Anyway, who cares. Getting the last of the 992.1 run is great.

When i looked at the dates on mine, it was March 3rd build and April 26th at the dealer. Stuff can happen fast when everything is working and no parts are constrained!

Since my car is here and will be delivered (next week at PEC) —these are the options. It was not excessive….

how much higher than $50,000 in options would make it excessive
