austin accounting help wanted

before I resort to monster.com et al...

Thought I'd ask the fellow austinites if they knew someone interested in the following job:

------------------------------------------------------
We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to perform the following functions: process vendor invoices, general data entry, filing, print and distribute checks, reconcile monthly vendor and bank statements and communicate with vendors concerning discrepancies. This position will also require working with banks and clients to coordinate construction draws. In addition, this position will be responsible for verifying vendor data and forms for year-end tax filing and insurance audit requirements.

This full-time position requires at least 1 year of relevant work experience and familiarity with a variety of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures. Candidates must possess good written and verbal communication skills. This position requires mathematical skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and continually prioritize daily tasks. Experience with MS Excel and MS Word is required. Experience with QuickBooks will be a plus. Some college preferred. Salary negotiable.

-----------------------------------------------------

PM me if you know anyone interested and feel free to tell your spouses, maybe THEY know someone who knows someone... blah blah blah.

My wife is a CPA so I've forwarded your request to her.

You neglected to mention the finders fee
