Same engine, right? The del Sol Si was nowhere near as much fun as it should have been, which is where I think my dislike of VTEC yo began.

Yes. And maybe 100ft# with four guys pushing the car.

Which would workout fine in a Miata.

I’ve never found that VTEC engines rev fast enough to overcome the dearth of power in the first 9000rpms.
