Mustang vs. GTO, revisited (C&D)

Seems like opinions are running 123-2 against Car and Driver's decision to rank the Mustang ahead of the LS2 GTO.

(But at least they printed the letters - something Motor Trend wouldn't bother with )

And among people who have actually driven both, I bet the results are 2-0 in favor of the Mustang.

EDIT:

But one of those letters has a pretty good line:

"Want to pretend you're Batman? Go buy a Corvette."

Maybe of the the people that wrote to C&D.

But, do you really expect people who agree with their choices to write angry lletters to the editor? I don't. It is perfectly normal for people who are pissed off about the choice to write and those who are satisfied to sit on their hands.
