Sorry, not sure if they let you get close to the cars to drool or photog them, but if you're looking for an excuse to go to one of the most beautiful locales in the world this would be it.

I've been to the auctions in Monterey just before the Concourse de Elegance... Some very good cars there too... But the paddocks tend to be much smaller, and there is less room to walk around a see them.
