Yep. Our house in Maryland was at the end of the sidewalk as well.

And in ATL, it's a moot point.

Do you seriously think they have a sidewalk monitor looking for violations during a snow storm? I'm sure there's some grace period for blizzards and such.

How about that wheeled shovel that Clyde has. He seems to like it.

Neighbors are probably the ones that do the reporting. And after enough complaints, some guy down at The City grumbles a little, finishes his plain ham sandwich, waddles out to his white Ford Ranger, and drives to your house to check things out.
