yeah it seems to be softening for cars we do not want. Still cannot get a 30k toyota(GR86) so does not seem totally price dependent.

Yeah. Any enthusiast car that has a manual, I would guess ADM all over the place.

I just had a similar conversation with my wife today about houses in Florida, it’s going to catch up we just need to give it time.

I’m being patient.

I just can’t believe we aren’t seeing it yet.

I know, it’s driving me crazy with the Florida housing market too … don’t these people realize they shouldn’t buy cars or houses …

I keep telling myself patience is a virtue.

There was just a relatively lousy story in the WSJ about how young folks are rocking the manuals…Not sure if that has any impact on the market…

But, WRT to other cars, it has not been long enough for prices to equalize. And we do have the problem of fewer off-lease cars and folks holding onto their cars longer because of poor lease deals and higher new car prices.

It will all take a while to unknot.

I am happy not to be in the market, frankly. Ditto, housing.

Welp

Prices are softening in the non niche market. Finally cars are sitting on lots and dealers are moving on pricing.

And I have a new commuter car coming.

That was my dilemma re: the BGTS - that I may miss-time the market and regret it if in 6 months I could have had a car ordered form the dealer down the street for no ADM. Ultimately, I relented and took the PEC route with a small ADM as insurance. End of production was too soon to play chicken with the car market.

Whatever. I'll have a car this spring and I am quite sure that in a couple of years I won't even think about it.

Pretty sure a 718 GTS 4.0L falls into the niche market. ADM will not matter in a couple of years. Once they stop making them……

My buddy saw this at local Ford dealer. It seems like might be used to me but he thought new. ADM is around $90k
