CPO Checklist?

Any of you dealer guys -- do you have any sort of official technician's checklist for CPOing a car? A friend of mine is have some issues, and I want to help him out.

I have a copy of the checklist in a file somewhere in my room... I can't seem to find it now. A quick search revealed this .pdf, which appears to be an instruction manual for filling out the checklist. The actual checklist they use is 4 pages, this one is 24. It has all the info that would be on the checksheet, as well as explinations of what is and is not acceptable for each, and what has to be done to fix it. A great resource to look at, IMO.

FWIW, bmwusa.com used to have the whole thing up, but since the redo of their site, it now only lists the front page of the booklet.
