Ah ah! Someone else besides me has seen that one. Although I saw it down here in LA quite a long time ago and do not remember what car it was on, nor whether it was a bleached blond behind the wheel.

I would have thought that the CA DMV would have banned that plate as they did wise up to "reverse writing" plates.
